Two Thai began in 2017 as a collaboration between two best friends united by a passion for authentic Thai street food. What started as a humble market stall has blossomed into a beloved eatery in the heart of Lancaster.
Jing, originally from Thailand, moved to Lancaster in 2015 to pursue an MSc in Entrepreneurship at Lancaster University. After completing her studies, she embarked on a mission to bring the flavors of Thai street markets to the UK. Starting with market stalls and food events, Jing's dedication and culinary prowess led to the establishment of our permanent location on China Street.
